APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

1. Payment by credit or debit card is available through the Society’s bookstall on Parish Chest at www.parishchest.com Enter the details on the form on their website.
2. Payment by bank transfer is available using the Society’s bank details: Account Number: 56356412; sort code: 52-41-42. Print the form, complete it, scan it and attach it to an e-mail to the Membership Secretary at membership@folkfhs.org.uk Please also e-mail the Treasurer with details of what the payment is for.
3. Print the form, complete it and send it by post to Mr David Wharton, Barbican House, St Stephen’s Way, Coolinge Lane, Folkestone, Kent CT20 3RD. Cheques and postal orders should be crossed and made payable to:
   FOLKESTONE AND DISTRICT FAMILY HISTORY SOCIETY.
   All cheque payments should be made by sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank. Sterling £5 or £10 notes, Euro notes, and/or UK postage stamps up to £1.10 value will be accepted but at your own risk of non-delivery.

Any member having difficulty with arranging payment should contact the Treasurer.

Data Protection:  The Society stores membership details in a computerised database.  The data you provide will only be used for the Society's administrative purposes including supplying names and addresses to the printers of the journal in order to distribute it, and will NOT be supplied to other organisations.
